My wife Gwen and I haven't eaten with Red Robin for over a year because we've been afraid of crowded public places, especially with the dead Covid-19 Delta variant, which is now overcoming! I told Gwen that it was too long since we had eaten at one of our favorite burgers and brewing sites, and it was really! We loved our server, Katelyn, and our food, and our planned 30-minute waiting, turned out to be just ten or fifteen minutes, much to our surprise and joy! We ordered the short stack of onion rings as a fast and tasty appetizer we share with Ranch and Spicy BBQ Ranch diving sauce on the side. Thank you to all of the worker that showed up today?? I'm sad to say another restaurant that didn't have enough workers to be open to dine-in. Young man sitting in parking lot letting people know, you can call in orders or walk-in orders only. No dine -in. This seems to be the new norm now. Most people just got back in their cars left. They had enough kitchen staff I guess. So we went in placed our order waited for it then out to eat in the car. Everything we ordered was spot on. ?Thank You. The lady handling the front was pleasant, even though you know they are having a hard day. We were very pleased with our visit. Thank You to all of you that showed up today!??
We went to this restaurant tonight to have my birthday meal for the month. After an hour and half a ride to get there, they have a paper sign and say they close at 7:00 when they should be open until 10. I said we couldn't get a table because the kitchen was secured, but could order. This is a terrible way to treat customers. We left and went to another place that had much better service. Avoid this terrible situation. The staff is more concerned about going home early than offering service to their customers.
Ordered hamburger. Asked for a little pink in the meat. It came to the table draining blood... raw. Bun was soggy. I took patty off the bun and squeezed it between several napkins, it soaked through them all. Waitress took it back and the cook prepared another. It came back perfect with a little pink showing?. We showed up after a soccer tournament game with a party of 16+, we had to make it to another game within and hour and a half. The staff quickly accommodated us.. we were fine having split tables for kids and parents.. food came out within 10 minutes of us ordering and the waitress was amazing.. even with the multiple checks! Great experience!
