When the manager approached, she acted defensively and insisted that we had missed our notification. I confirmed that we had never received a notification as we hadn't provided our phone number, and I showed her my phone to prove it. Instead of addressing the issue calmly, she reacted aggressively, thrusting her phone in my face and insisting we had missed it. I told her that this didn’t make sense, especially since we had been sitting there the entire time, and she could have simply checked on us.

I had the best experience with Red Robin. They gave me a free meal for my birthday. I ordered a Turkish burger and pommes. It was the absolute best turkeyburger I ever had. I didn't even know they sold turkeyburgers, let alone that it would be so good!!! I don't eat beef or pork so I can find a restaurant selling a turkeyburger is great for me. The manager Scott was so gracious and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend checking out Red Robin and trying the turkeyburger. Every time I think I want a turkeyburger and I don't want to make it home... Red Robin is where I will get it!!!
At the Schaumburg, IL location, a waitress with blue hair accidentally spilled my mom's raspberry iced tea all over her. Another fantastic dining experience at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews! The burgers from the menu were absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Even though it was a quiet Monday and the restaurant was nearly empty, we still had to wait 40 minutes to be seated due to a staff shortage. I can imagine the restaurant receives similar complaints quite often.
Red Robin has really gone down hill. They have raised their prices, their burgers got smaller, and the quality of the food is not as good as it used to be. I usually order $60 worth of food. And the last time I ordered a $5 strawberry drink and it waswatered down. I don't come as often as I used to because they're no better than other burger places.
Went to dine in at 9pm. Overheard cook and waitress talking bad about us ordering late when they close at 10pm and were not being discreet at all about it. Overall, thought waitress was amazing until she was asking what time it was, which pressured usto eat quickly and leave by 9:30pm. Other guy waitress was very rude and not a fun experience at all

They open at 11 it?s 11:05 and it still wasn?t open. If they have poor time management skills I can?t even imagine how long the food will take. Managers clearly saw people trying to come in but they just ignored everyone and tried to keep themselves busy by the bar. Everyone ended up leaving! Don?t waste your money here
