Worst service both times we ordered take out. We didn?t get what we ordered. I called and was told ? essentially it wasn?t their fault ? which it was. I was told they would send me a credit.. still don?t have the email credit/gift card. Tried to correct her three times on my email. She said she couldn?t find our order anyway. I was told if we wanted what we ordered that we would have to drive there and get it?.. we ordered directly through their site and even put in the comments to include sauce and it was on my account! ? I would love to talk with a manager!!
We went in with a party of 5 and waited 30 minutes. There were 3 other families in the same dining area with a total of 9-10 tables. The tables that were not occupied were fed with half eaten food and used napkins and baskets that covered the tables, No one cleared the tables until we left about an hour and 15min layer. It took 45 minutes to get our food, no water offered, my son had a long hair in his food and we were ordered missing food. We will not return to this place.
This afternoon to the Clackamas Oregon site and as you can see, the drinks were terrible. The red should be a raspberry lemmon drop that came in a very short glass. The other one was a martini who didn't taste like there was an alcohol. When we asked the manager about these drinks, he said they can't afford martini glasses and just mock them. Needless to say, we went out and never back. We then looked at the company reviews and are at 1.5. I have not RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
Great experience here last night. Waiting was longer than expected (50 min). It was over 90 minutes before we had drinks and food. The worst thing was how the chicken was boiled. I love Clucks, but these were insensitive because they were so dried out. I was embarrassed to complain, but I did and the fire was just as bad. I had a meal instead with groundless fries. The service was good. They tried their best.
