I've been a fan of Red Robin since I was a kid (and I'm in my 30s now), and I remember the burgers being large and accompanied by generous portions of fries, often leaving me too full to finish. This location is trash. We stood for 15 minutes before someone came and seated us (should have left). Food was soggy and cold. Absolutely zero service we never saw our waiter again. Did not get water even after asking if not for the soda we got we would have choked to death for lack of fluids.Avoid at all cost. I used to love red robin but never again!
I always loved the burgers at Red Robin. This particular location in San Bruno could use a revamp. Not sure what it is about it that makes it look old and not inviting. San Mateo location when it was open was nicer.
Good value and delicious food. However, they are quite understaffed. The bartender is friendly but seems to be juggling too many tasks at once. The burger was cooked perfectly and was very juicy.

Quite tasty, and within one's budget. Can't get any better than this if you want to have an alternative to Denny's and IHOP.
The restaurant was unclean and the service was quite slow. The food wasn't very impressive either. I won't be returning.
