Placed my order waited in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes only to be asked again what I had ordered, waited a further 5 minutes for my order, then when we received it, it was wrong! Only myself and one car infront of me..when we got our correct order, your staff never apologised nor did they acknowledge that it was their fault, our wraps were poorly made, my 6 year old could have made them better! I work in a similar industry and would be absolutely ashamed if my staff treated our customers like that or let food go out like that! I never write these reviews as I know what it like but had to say something! I will never be returning!
Purchased a 10$ box deal where you get whichever main you get and the rest is chips. The boxes are barely half full, the chips are uncooked and unseasoned. Usually you get one of either quality or quantity, this had neither> Very dissappointed as im usually impressed with red rooster, i wont critique red rooster on this one bad service but i wont visit red rooster eagleby again.
Usually really good food all the time. I have strange requests on how to make my food (no lettuce or mayo with bbq sauce! and despite every other fast food store mucking it up I really don't think I've ever had that issue with this Red Rooster. On top of that chips are always so fresh I almost burn my mouth on them most times!! Keep it up guys.
Best service great prices freshest meals. I am a regular here and i love the place. Cant fault it. Clean and tidy. I love the open planned dining. Very well planed and set out.

Eagleby store seems to always be fresh compared to other stores the wait is really long only cause they making freshly so im happy to wait that's the only downfall
Wonderful service, very pleasant and friendly staff and a tidy store. Keep up the fantastic work guys. The food was nice n fresh. Also very clean oil.
The store manager is so rude couldn't even offer anything to help me or even apologize for the fact she can't train or teach her staff
Pathetic is all i can say....1 person on counter but that person also doing drive thru. ..waited 10 mins before I was served

Having to try and talk through the crackly speaker to order is frustrating.
One that served me was polite Nd with promt service and food was nice.
