Red Rooster Altona Meadows

They delivered my order half an hour earlier than I requested. Most of the people it's intended for aren't even here yet. It will be stone cold by the time they arrive and reheating it will result in a soggy mess. Why specify a time for delivery if it will be ignored? The driver didn't know where to deliver to and was wandering aimlessly down the street. Oh and if you call to complain there is a recorded message saying they won't except calls from unknown numbers. Go elsewhere seriously.

Hey Red Rooster, there's a reason why your Altona Meadows outlet in Victoria can't provide a receipt with an ABN that we could use to claim the 25% dining and entertainment rebate. They claimed they could only print a receipt at the entrance. Isn't that a waste? Other places have been able to give her a proper receipt. Why can't you? This seems like questionable business practice.

The food was decent, but the service was extremely slow. I found myself stuck in an invisible line with half a dozen others. I'm not sure why it took so long to prepare a hahnrolle for the microwave.
