Redcoat Tavern - Réservation de table

The last time I was at Red Coat Tavern, was 3 years ago. It still looks the same. It's kind of a dark atmosphere, lots of tables crammed in together, but the food quality is excellent. I ordered the Tenderloin tips for an appetizer, which came with Cajun spices and a Cajun cream sauce. Not as spicy as I was anticipating, which is good. I didn't want to melt my taste buds before I got to the real reason I came. There are few places in my opinion that make a great Chicken Pot Pie. You can go to mom pop/family style restaurant and get the classic chicken pot pie, that's cooked in the classic tin dish with what looks like premade ingredients. In the past, the food and service were very good. I loved this place. But the last two times that I have ordered food there, it was not a good experience.The food was overcooked and soggy. When I arrived, they said my order was ready, but it had to be baggedI waited 15 minutes to receive my Caryout order. It was cold and the food was terrible. Based on my most recent experiences, I don't recommend this place.

Little crowded but burgers are will worth it.Very attached to the Cobb salad but ask for it unchopped. I personally don’t like chopped salad as it mouth feel tastes like it was chewed. The menu is simple so that gives me more confidence in the quality of each dish. Nothing worse than going to a restaurant with 30 items. To me it means the specialize in none.Great wine selection with good pours.

I was in town and looking to grab dinner. It was late and places were closing. We stumbled on Redcoat Tavern; it was perfect. Great burger! Fantastic onion rings! Very good old fashioned! Welcoming service and overall atmosphere. I'll drop in the next time I'm in the area. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff is personable without being intrusive. We’ve been twice recently and both times the experience was outstanding. And the food was delicious. The clam chowder is worth the trip on its own.

Our server was fantastic so was the food!! First time here and very impressed with how clean the restaurant was as well as the bathroom. Will definitely be back!

The food and waiter were good. The ladies' restroom was filthy. I recommend that someone go in every hour to refresh.

Fish chips is over priced, 2 small pieces of fish and fries with slaw or salad for $21. Fish wasn't seasoned either Réservez une table maintenant

Terrible service. Food not nearly as good as it used to be. Bathrooms always dirty.
