After paying $30 for two movie tickets, when we went to order food, much of what was on the menu was not available. There was no coffee, no salads, no potato skins, and their beer choices were very limited. The only things available were fried foods, burgers, and popcorn. There were no signs anywhere making this known, either it wasn’t until we started to order that our server told us. To top it all off, the server said service may be slow because they had gotten more people than they expected in the other movies, and he and one other server were the only ones working all of the cinemas. The main area is a bar and lounge entryway with food and drink available.We went during the Wed matinee and had the cinema all to ourselves! You order before or during the movie by using the call button and the waiter comes to you. The check comes ~30 mins prior to movie end.The menu is big (a little hard to navigate as it is all online and in one column, but the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable). We had the avocado burger and Cobb salad, both of which were very well done.Great experience and good food, the movie .... That isn't the Cinema's fault....
The service was outstanding. However, my meal was fairly average. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and pretzels. The pretzels were quite good, but the burger and fries didn't meet my expectations. The fries were a bit soggy and greasy, and the burger meat tasted subpar—it really could use an improvement. I also sampled the creamy margarita, but I found it to be overly strong and bitter. On the bright side, the waiter was kind enough to offer a replacement.
The movie theater is nice, but efficiency is not in their vocabulary. At this theater, everything must be ordered at your seat. However, it took almost 1.5 hrs to get our popcorn, and we saw people get their hamburger as the credits were rolling. This operating model might work well for a showing that's not crowded, but it didn't for the showing I was at with almost every seat filled. Réservez une table maintenant
Love Cinebarre. The staff there are always just SO pleasant. They were out of a lot tonight (lots of the candy, most of the appetizers), but tbh they are probably just not used to the amount of people flooding back to theaters for Barbenheimer after so long with no one due to the pandemic. Not their fault. Drink was good and our server was lovely.
Moreover, I can't shake the feeling that the staff's negative attitudes stem from their own frustrations. However, it isn't fair to take this out on customers who are just looking to grab some popcorn before the movie starts! (And I'm not exaggerating). I sincerely hope things improve because I truly love this theater.
Was okay experience. I like that it is 21+ no kids in the theater was nice but they were incredibly understaffed and not doing food which was disappointing but I was able to order popcorn and drinks. I ordered popcorn and a soda but never actually got the soda which was also disappointing : movie was great though lol
Absolutely love this theater! Food was fair price and actually pretty good. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Some of the buttons for alerting staff for food orders were not working but the staff were very kind on letting us know what to do. Réservez une table maintenant
