With a 4.4 rating of Google this looked worth trying. Pleasant enough place to eat, menu prices a little below similar establishments in the area (beer not much above pub prices). For was OK but lacked any real punch in terms of flavour. I tried...the Bhuna Fish hoping for at least Pomfret or Kingfish but the actual flesh seemed to be from something even blander than Cod. Different dishes seemed to have been cooked in the same sauce whatever their title on the menu. If you want to go somewhere for a curry' then you'll be OK. Prices are fair, service is prompt (though our waiter seemed to get a little impatient with us) and the place is tidy and clean. I, however, have no plans to return.
we had just the most amazing curry from this restaurant, what a great start to the silvester! the meal was delivered on time and shipped with a free bottle cobra bier hot that we always loved. regals vegetable dansak and mother paneer and young were it this evening! incredible aromen and so beautifully cooked . we quickly telephoned the restaurant to supplement them. some time ago a new cook joined the staff and we were very disappointed by the results - but we are delighted that the owner was cooking again. well worth a visit or a way they will not be disappointed
We were a group of five, a small family get-together, and we chose Regal Haandi as my son is a regular. We are a mixture of carnivores, a vegetarian and a vegan, and there was a good variety of options for us all. The menu...is varied and we all had something different. Every dish was fresh and tasty. I don’t live in the UK anymore and wish this little gem was near my home, as we would undoubtedly be regulars too. It’s nothing fancy to look at, but friendly, homely and fantastic value for money.
have passed this restaurant so often for the smart looking places / places in twickenham, I would have stopped before. only for a takeaway this time. restaurant is tiny and decorating rather basic. nice staff (the one I met.) eating was nice, delicate lamb, rich. sauce, pretty hot crazy. very beautiful saag aloo full taste and not swimming in oil. portion generous and price good value. recommend it try, I will certainly return. Have seen this for many years but only ventured in last year should have gone in before as the food is excellent cooked to taste and it's really good value and portions very good. We've often used this for take away or delivery.. atmosphere you have to go with a few people as can sometimes be empty and if date night then can be just the two of you in there! Highly recommend
I recommend to her take and deliver service. good quality food, exactly on time estimate (or early) and reasonable prices. I am local and I often call to order a take, and I also used the delivery when I feel lazy. I have eaten, but I usually use it as a place, as it is a very small restaurant.
Popped in here after watching rugby at Twickenham, hadn't booked but they found us a table. Very limited menu (because of rugby but very attentive and food was hot, tasty and plentiful. I'd certainly visit again when next in the area. Quite a walk from...the stadium!
The decoration is, well, missing really. There is one award plaque on a wall, but it belonged to a previous French restaurant on the site. The space is very small too. However, the food is a treat. Well prepared and delicious, it is well worth...a visit. Réservez une table maintenant
