We ordered coffee, which arrived lukewarm, and the milk was spoiled. There were floaties in it! I complained to the waitress, who took the coffee and milk away. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes, my wife had to go to the counter to ask for replacements. It was somewhat amusing to see the staff rushing around, removing milkshakes they had made before other customers could complain. My son ordered fries, which were generally okay, but when he cut into the egg, the white was raw in the middle.

First time for me here, and I can't say a bad thing about it. Brilliant friendly staff can't do enough for us. The food was an excellent price and tasty and restaurant clean and tidy throughout. We will be back to explore the menu more. Cheers Regency.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is lovely. My only concern is that I wish there were more vegetarian and vegan options available.

I know everyone has their go to place for the best fry and this is mine. Couple that with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere every single time then will be back every time.
The food was amazing, the service was quick and outstanding, and the seating area was immaculate.
