Restaurant au Pont d'Aspach

We weren't looking for anything too special when visiting this restaurant. We only wanted a simple meal after a long day's driving. What we found here was a good, old fashioned, family run restaurant. It is one of the type that I had thought had almost disappeared in France. The restaurant didn't look much from outside but the dining room was big and pleasantly set out. Itwas full, mostly groups of men. Possibly, given the number of lorries outside, lorry drivers. The food was copious and while not really refined it was tasty. Wine by the caraf was really reasonable and easy to drink. To be honest I couldn't finish my food as there was so much. My husband ate all of his though.The service was friendly and helpful. There was a television set on in the corner but it wasn't loud and the dining room was big enough to sit away from it so as not to be disturbed by it.Would happily go back.

This place is not a romantic place to go but you will find local and speciality food and very tasty .Now in France you have restaurant used by truckers and most of them have fantastic food and the service is quick and not very pricey.For drinks stay with house wine by the pitcher and of course local beers.Plenty of parking and will take credit cards.

Rien ne change: excellent et fait maison. Désolé pour les détracteurs. Mais Burnhaupt est toujours en Alsace ! Donc si vous voulez au moins cher et moins cher aller à la porte d'Alsace. Revenez comparer. Si tu es honnête.

Top tent! Good food, like sanitary, advanced parking lot and super you across the street. It would be a nice weekend location, but unfortunately closed.

Très bon resto on y mange très bien très accueillant et très propre
