Restaurant Barbies Beloeil

Got there after 13h00 to avoid the lunch crowd. Place is well located in a mall, tons of free parking, nice layout (banquettes, tables, area for groups) with a terrace for the warmer season and a nice view of mont St-Hilaire thru it's multiple and...large windows. Forgot it was school break week so there was many families with kids enjoying a late lunch but no problem as the large room dispersed the sound well. We were greeted by a smiling hostess who asked us what type of seating we prefered and took us to it. She provided us with menus and took our drink requests. The first impression was very good. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, we used to dine at this restaurant every Friday night for dinner. The service was great and the food was delicious, with generous portions. However, when we went for dinner last night, we both ordered steak. Unfortunately, the dish was very small, with only a handful of fries and a small steak that I had to cut myself. The service was still good, but it seems like they have reduced portion sizes. I would recommend avoiding the steak dish.

The restaurant wasn't crowded, the food was fantastic. The chicken brochette was flavorful, the rice was delicious, and the salad was fresh. The service was also very good. Overall, a great experience.

Handy restaurant because it`s right in the mallGood service,reasonable food,extensive menu,reasonable price.The portions are way too large for me which could be a good thing for some.
