We made a short vacation for some hikes in the Nationalpark Siebengebirge. We stayed at Hotel Weinhaus Hoff. In an area where often just the normal touristic German food is offered we did not expect to find such a charming space with exceptional food. We...did order the course dinner and it was superb. We started with a salad with quails, followed by an asparagus soup with smoked oyster mushrooms. The third course was a flamed cod carpaccio. they would not expect a great fish restaurant in oberhausen, but chamai is really a great place to go! fish is in focus, but also other dishes such as very delicious meat or even vegan/vegaterian dishes are very good. if you want to have great fish. what, chamai is the place to go! beautiful and cozy atmospehere round the food quality.
