Restaurant Chez Gaby

I absolutely loved Gaby. You are under new ownership and you have a fabulous mix of French and Swiss specialities. Everything is fresh and delicious. Cheese is served by farmers in the small restaurant below. The interior is very large. If you're lucky, the owner will pick you up in his snowmobile. I suggest the desserts, the owner is a former French pasty chef. The family owners are just beautiful.

Incredible Lunch Today, Delicious French Rose, Best Steak Tartare And Perfect Fillet de Peche....Chez Gaby just gets better. A must if you're in the area....best view in Porte du Soleil. Champoussin and Chez Gaby 1670 are a hidden gem

sportief berg restaurant met prachtig uitzicht. goed bereikbaar voor wandelaars vanuit champoussin (5 min) en skiërs An/op away naar les crosets. vriendelijke bediening. reserveren mogelijk en voor grotere groepen aan te bevelen.

The new owners are so beautiful. I really loved the food. Fabulous desserts prepared by the owner, a French courtyard chef. I can't recommend it enough. Great error of French and Swiss cuisine.

Great view and food. Helpful and friendly staff. If in Champoussin, one if the restaurants don't pass.
