On holiday and my youngest daughter was desperate for a Nutella crepe lol. Anyway popped into Sel et Sucre. Hubby had chicken salad, daughters had galettes and I had an omelette. We actually had an extra galette as the order got a bit confused but as it was so nice we just shared it between the four of us. Daughters both finished with Nutella crepes which they thoroughly enjoyed. We'll be back for more, no doubt. I can speak a little bit French, though not fluent by any means, and I think, after trying to understand the owner, that because they got the order wrong we got a round of drinks free. The bill certainly wasn't as much as I expected so can't complain about that
We were been in this amazing restaurant a couple of weeks ago and I just can say that it was wonderful, the deal, the food , the service, the place, even the chef came out to speak with my vegan friend to explain to her about the vegan dishes, it was pretty kind and we were really appreciate it , the waiter so kind too was half Spanish and I talked with him in my language, looking forward come back 100% recommended.
Les serveurs un peu débordé par une "foule" qui n'était pas si grande que ça. Sur une Galette saumon poireaux...tres moyen d'avoir des craquements...car les poireaux devaient être mal lavés.Dommage car l'endroit est sympathique.Le patron n'avait pas l'air très occupé de voir ses serveurs courir alors que lui en claquettes... n'allait pas se faire mal aux pieds..
The staff stayed open specially for us to makes us a quick Grand Marinere takeout crepe which just so happened to be on our last night when we hadn't had a crepe all holiday. They completed out list of holiday dreams! The crepes are super delicious and they certainly aren't skimpy on the alcohol. What wonderful, kind staff. Definitely visit!
