Restaurant de la Sage

We stayed the the Hotel de la Sage while hiking the Haute Route, and were delighted with the dinner provided. The salmon baked in pastry was just about the best main course we had during out two week trip across France and Switzerland, so that...says a lot! The dining room is all glass and has lovely views of the mountains and valley below. Quite a nice place to stop for dinner, if you happen to be hiking in the neighborhood!

we were 5 nights in the beautiful boutique hotel la say and had our dinner there every night. each evening we enjoyed the great 3-course menus creations. excellent food, quality and preparation. the service was very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend the hotel and its restaurant.

We had on one of the best meals in Switzerland. Simple: Filet mignon, roasted potatoes, salad, and great bottles of wine. Unexpected quality in a remote hotel! Réservez une table maintenant

nice eating to cheap trips. it is a real tasty to eat and stay while on the haute route. nice terrance to sit outside.
