Restaurant Dorle

We wanted to have dinner in this Restaurant. We asked the English menu, but unfortunately the name of the plates were written in Greek and for us it was a bit confusing, as we are not used to Greek restaurant. So we asked for a...Suggestion to the waiter. He answered: "it is easy, you just have to tell me the number of what you want, and do it fast because I have other people inside! (We were sit outside and inside there were only other tables) . My friends said the problem was that we didn't understand the dishes and that we just needed a further explanation. Suddenly the waiter asked to the only "olive color" guy where was he coming from, saying, "if you don't like the food you can go back to your Country". Nevertheless we ordered the dinner anyway because we didn't want to argue with this man and because we would have like to eat, but after minutes waiting for the dinner he presented the check saying "you have over" and that the food would have never arrived. The man seemed to be completely out of control and very aggressive without any reason. I would like to specify that we were a group of polite and well-educated people: doctors, firefighters, manager and employees of a renowned German company of Schwabisch Hall. We didn't want to argue and we have been very calm and polite despite his inappropriate behavior. We paid and we went away. But I think at least is fair to avoid to other people meeting this person

We went for dinner here with colleagues and I have to say it is the worst experience of eating out in Schwäbisch Hall in months. Only one portion of three was somewhat satisfactory. The Gyros I ordered looked like a portion of food days ago and only warmed up in Microwave. Feta cheese was suspiciously sour (probably past its lifetime) and the meat was very dry and stone hard ; Colleague's portion was so small, its looked like a child's plate. All the parts of the dishes were heavily seasoned (meat with black pepper and gyros mix ; potatoes with a layer of dried oregano like "oregano snowstorm probably to mask the poor quality. The prices are a rip-off considering the very poor quality. I have complained about the quality (the colleague about the quantity), but the both waiters just ignored our concerns and we didn't get any answer, apology or a simple "Sorry". Never again

I will not write about the food too much, it was low quality and nothing special. I will write about the rudest service I've ever received in Germany, this guy should not work with costumers, never. We received our dishes, after minutes I asked...the waiter in German "Can I have salt and the answer I've got was "You also have legs, you can get up and go get yourself salt". Then he went inside the restaurant (we were sitting outside) and shouted at me "Get up and come take the salt from here".. So I answered that I'm eating if he doesn't mind.. When he finally came with the salt my wife asked him if everything is OK and he answered "Yes, Your husband have legs like me, he can get up and get what he needs".. that was as weird as it sounds and very rude. I don't think a guy like this should service costumers if he think that they should serve them self..
