When we arrived at this restaurant, the staff was at the smallest care. the premises are of an irreproachable cleanliness, the decoration is neat. the rœsti are to fall and the excellent melt. If you are intolerant to gluten, think about warning them the day before, they will cook you small potatoes for fondue. We enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day!

BEST ROSTI IN THE WORLD.. We have been going to AUBERGE DU COLD DE SOUD since they opened it up. Every year gets better. The meals are all fantastic, especially ROSTI DE AUBERGE DU COLD DE SOUD. They should be given a Michelin star. Everything is fresh and cooked with fine herbs, etc.

Busy restaurant on the side of railway line,good food ,specialise in Rostie and local dishes one of our group had a problem with the bill we went back next day and they dealt with it professionally and gave a full refund .
