Restaurant du Fronton

Used this restaurant as we were staying in one of the associated hotels (Agian or Fronton). Note that prospective diners who were not staying in the hotels were turned away as the restaurant was allegedly full (it wasn't).Sat outside with a full on view of the hills and sunset - absolutely gorgeous. There are three set price menus (E20 and two at E34), and a decent wine list including both general French and local Basque wines. The menus are not over complicated, and there are a ange of fish and meat dishes. Everything served was excellently cooked and presented.

we enjoyed dinner here when we were staying in the sister hotel across the road. The food was delicious and the views from the restaurant terrace were superb. I would wholeheartedly recommend this as an excellent place to eat.

A hotel/restaurant "Logis France", the food is excellent the service also, the tradition of quality the family Bonnet is respected. Here you have the food, the service and a view of the valley. Who could ask for more?

For the quality of the food good value. Beautifully presented. The food just melts in the mouth. Flavours excellent. Very pleasant service.

This is a gem of a place with a superb chef and good wine list. For a restaurant to be full on a Monday night in November says it all!
