Auch dieses Jahr wieder ins Restaurant EDI in Samnaun-LaretWir waren am 24.12. und heute am 28.12. zum Abendessen. Die Menüs waren jedesmal einfach genial. Hohe Schule des Kochens. Der Juniorchef -Tobias- hat sowohl das Timing, wie auch die Qualität seiner Küche voll im Griff. Auch wenn das Haus voll ist. Der Service hat die Bezeichnung Herzlichkeit wirklich verdient. Egal ob die Chefin persönlich oder die Mitarbeiterin - KLASSE Hier geht niemand unzufrieden oder gar hungrig nach Hause.

Vor allem das in der Halbpension enthaltene 4-Gang Menue übertraf auch meine kühnsten Erwartungen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass auch "*normale" Menüs sehr lecker sind.
