it was a beautiful evening. entering the area of the castle is wonderful, with Christmas tree and then over the illuminated courtyard. all the feed materials were assembled individually and finely weighed. the rehschnitzel very delicate accompanied by honey glazed grapes marroni wonderful, the meerdünger on erdnusscurry mild and surprisingly intensify also the dessert, nougat pavlowa, a versatile pleasure from sweet to sour, from crispy to tender melt. as always, it is a joy to enter beautiful water castle inzlingen. the reception was very warm and pleasant. the table was beautifully covered and the service polite, courteous and professional. as an entrance there was an winzersekt who prepared the gaumen for the coming fireworks nicely. we took the lock menu with 5 channels. he was incredibly delicious and perfectly matched. I recommend the lock menu. of course a fine red wine as a guide. simone is one of the 50 best chefs of Germany. for me, she's the best. we like to come back. thanks for the wonderful evening

The Wasserschloss Inzlingen restaurant is situated in a beautiful location in a charming little town. The ambiance is wonderful, and the setting makes it an ideal place for a memorable evening. The dinner was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional — attentive and friendly. My partner proposed to me here during sunset, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
