"Decent French food was expected. Nice salad, delicious mussels, and the pasta was pretty good too. It wasn’t expensive (coming from NYC) at all for a decent French food like this. Would recommend even just for this reason."

I have pretty high expectations with the restaurant which may also but why I’m not thoroughly impressed.Service There were too many customers and just not enough servers. The server was trying very hard but we didn’t get to order another drink because he was just too busy to tend all the customers.The French onion soup is pretty good. Good gruyere cheese. However, the paella was disappointing probably because I was expecting more traditional paella. However, the pappardelle was pretty decent.The ambience felt loud and crowded.I can't say I was impressed with the food. It was good but not the best I've had.
The food here was fantastic, but I have never experienced such slow service before. It took nearly 45 minutes just to get drinks to the table and the meal took nearly 3 hours in total. Our waiter practically ignored us unless we flagged him down, and after we asked for the bill, he took another 20 minutes to bring it to us.It’s a shame, because the food itself was excellent. I’m particular I loved the French onion soup, the beef tartare, and the steak. But I wouldn’t experience that poor of service again, no matter how good the food is.
Very good food and friendly service, but the restaurant was quite busy and very loud. The salads were very good. The hanger steak was good, but I wound up with two smaller pieces as opposed to one steak. The frites were lukewarm and not very crispy. The highlight of the meal was actually the dessert, which was excellent. Our server was great, but he was tied up servicing many tables and super busy as a result. Overall, very solid dinner.
We had the most wonderful experience here for a bachelorette party. Number 1, the food was fantastic. Number 2, we showed up a bit late (classic bachelorette move) to which they were very accommodating to regardless when we called to let them know. And lastly, number 3, we had a great waiter, Antoine, who really showed us a good time and made it a great vibe! 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming back again.
