We wanted to visit the restaurant after the carnival parade in Oberursel. The place was occupied with only 2 tables. You looked into a book for about 5 minutes to finally assign a table to us. Our children pulled out their jackets from which confetti fell. With unambiguous views, the waitress gave us to understand that she didn't like it at all. We got the card that was obviously picked up by carnival. Since our children wanted to eat cevapcici and they didn't stand on the map, we thought what to eat instead. The not portable waitress came to the table and said: this is the carnival card, there is nothing else on it, and if we don't want it............... she didn't finish the sentence, but...
Food like 30 or 40 years ago, which lacks lightness, pifferlings in the summer, all heavy food, with salad green beans from the glass, the salad from the showcase is good, there are many people who like a little lighter food, also vegetarian. Bedinung (Mrs. Grey Hair) something of unfriendly, I haven't seen anywhere yet. Because this lady's been serving for a long time, it's probably so wanted.
We celebrated our wedding here in November 2018. Were about 4 times to sample food and still like to go with friends and relatives there food. We are always very happy with food and service. Absolute recommendation.
Good Croatian and German food, pleasant service. Price performance doesn't fit, portions are all right you'll get tired, but probably not everyone. That's just 4 stars. Best booking well visited. Children also work.

We were here for dinner last Wednesday night with some friends. Had to decide for grill plates, portion was very neat, here you will be fed: salad from buffet to yourself.
We were there with 4 people. Everyone ate something else. Everyone was happy. It is in Oberursel but only 2nd place of Croatian cuisine after the Old Forging (Vlado).
Old School mit allem was dazu gehört. Salatbuffet zu selbst nehmen. Betagte, kroatische Vollblut Gastronomen. Lecker Küche, lecker Paltschinken.
