I had passed by this place many time and assumed that it was one of those BBQ chicken places....not really my kind of place. So when I was brought her for lunch by a colleague, my expectations were not very high. Boy, was I surprised! The cozy interior of an old house with nice décor makes it a very comfortable place to pass some time. The service is great and the food is just wonderful! I usually select something off the small table d'hôte menu written up on the board - there is always something that I feel like eating and I have never been disappointed! We were cycling around Laval and came across this place. They have a small patio out front and the gentleman who served us couldn’t have been more accommodating. The coffee is good and the service is great. Ordered a ham,Swiss and asparagus crepe. Delicious, filled with a generous amount of ham and nice Swiss cheese and fresh asparagus and a generous helping of the crispiest and most delicious breakfast potatoes and some maple syrup on the side. Before we left they offered to fill our water bottles and they offered ice!! That’s worth a sixth star. Also very reasonably priced.

Today we were in the area and decided to try out this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised! The menu had a wide variety of options, and the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The restaurant itself was cozy and charming. Just a heads up, they only accept cash (a bit old-fashioned, but no big deal). Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend it.

Every week-end, we have breakfast/brunch at different places. We tried this restaurant because friends suggested it and said they appreciate it. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We arrived at 12:30 and were served at 1:20. Almost an hour...The cream/milk on the table needs to be refrigerated...More Réservez une table maintenant
