Restaurant la Cordillère

This small hotel packed a punch with it's restaurant. The chef's menu was small but everything was delightful. the presentations unique and the tastes merged together were unexpected. We were one of tow tables at the end of the evening and I could see the kitchen staff cleaning up and then the waitstaff disappeared. So it took a long time to see the dessert long after it was ordered and then again a long wait to find someone to get a check/bill. Other than that everything was in perfect order.

We went to the Martigny boutique hotel on the road to Verbier, and booked in the hotel restaurant tired and not with high expectations. We were surprised by the professionality of the chefs and the brigade noir. This place is worth multiple visits, as the cooking is really good, excellently executed dishes with superb ingredients. This is a place with talent and ambition, help them achieve it, you will enjoy the effort.

15 "special" days, with the peruvian street food... Good and tasty meals and menus, with a very nice staff, We'll order one bottle of peruvian wine : so nice. The restaurant and the hotel have a "social" touch... I'll go back there with pleasure.

Very limited menu considering peruvian food has a lot to offer, it was disappointing not to find the famous ceviche, however the rest of the offering is tasty and well presented.

Nice food, special preparation of fish! Lovely staff! service could have been ab bit quicker and some of the staff seemed a bit inexperienced.
