Just off the roundabout at the Fontaine De Vaucluse end of Sorgue, this seems to be a converted water mill. There is an exterior coverd terrace over the waterThe interior decoration uses the older working mill environment as a quirky enviroment to eat, well preserved with unusual lighting. The reception and service was courteous. The food and wine of were of good quality, and we felt it was good value for the price charged. We enjoyed our evening here

5 /5 Évaluation

Our apartment owner recommended that we try this restaurant. Without reservations, we were seated in a casual outdoor area next to the Sorgue. We each ordered a three course meal and were both thrilled with the taste treats on every plate. Delicious food, with a variety of meats (even frog legs!), veggies and beautifully plated. It was a fun, slow food evening. A special meal for far less money than the Michelin star restaurant across the street.

3 /5 Évaluation

Several people had recommended this place so we were hopeful. The outside is not very appealing but the decor inside is fun, if a little spartan. We felt that the waiter was fairly uninterested in us and took as little time as possible at our table. The poison du marché was good, the café gourmand filling and the white house wine tasty. However, the staff didn't make any effort to make us want to come back again, so we may not.

We go there regularly for lunch on the terrace by the Sorgue or inside. The food is usually quite good and the menu offers great value. The service can be slow though, although as we know what to expect and live here, it probably doesn't bother us as much as it would if it was the first time.
