Restaurant le Besso

Friends took us to Besso - and what a pleasant surprise: dishes with a twist coming together in subtle notes. (The beef flambé with different sauces or the slow cooked porc with crunchy chorizo....) .... Decent wine menu....Nice food rounded with friendly professional. (Despite a stretched service/guest ratio on this busy evening which had no effect whatsoever on the quality of service or timing of the food....speaks for the professionalism and dedication of the staff.)Well done le besso - keep going

If you are a little fed up with alpine cheese & ham then Le Besso is a breathe of fresh air. The menu is different - I would say French influence. The service was excellent. Attentive but not over the top. If you eat in the restaurant upstairs, the views, even at night are really special. Not that I want to but I couldn't find fault. A real gem. Thank you Besso! We had a wonderful evening.

The food, the drink, the atmosphere, and the service are all excellent at Le Besso. The homemade beers are fantastic and are presented & explained very thoughtfully by the staff. Our group enjoyed a very delicious and memorable meal here and I'll be sure to return if I'm ever in the area again. Cedric is the man! Le Besso is the best!

No experience with the hotel nore the restaurant. But nice service at the terrace. They have their own beers and they're proud if it. And so they should. Nice place

We really like the lunch menu there. Fine cuisine, the portions were just right. During the high season, it is best to book a table beforehand.
