Carpaccio de bœuf servi congelé dans l’assiette, malgré une belle présentation. Après m’être plainte un première fois, le personnel m’a affirmé le servir toujours de cette façon sous prétexte que si ce n’est pas congelé la viande ne se coupe pas bien. Aucune proposition pour changer mon assiette, et aucun geste sur l’addition malgré mes réclamations. En voulant partir le serveur a joué au faux désolé et s’est proposé de m’offrir un schwepps en rigolant. Étant une habituée d’Anzère, je n’y mettrai plus les pieds. Le personnel se fiche de ses clients.
