Das Provencal ist ein kleines, feines und sehr gepflegtes Restaurant mit ausgezeichneten Leistungen in jeder Hinsicht. Das Ambiente hat eine ausgesprochene Wohnzimmeratmosphäre. Die Anzahl der Plätze ist leider begrenzt, lei nur für ca. 25 Gäste, auch für familiäre Feiern sehr geeignet. Eine Reservierung ist daher dringend anzuraten. Im Sommer sind auch draussen Plätze vorhanden. Die Küche hat einen Touch zum leichten, mediterranen Stil. Die Zubereitung der Gerichte kann man nur als hervorragend bezeichnen. Our local German friends chose this charming restaurant for our farewell dinner after a visit to this beautiful West German wine region. The Höppler family usually seems to lead this alone with the woman and her husband in the kitchen. The combination works very well and we all enjoyed our meal and drinks. My local fresh asparagus with smoked salmon was delicious as the following turbot. To dessert we had a wonderful concoction, but I regret that I cannot remember his name. Wir sind nun schon seit mehreren Jahren Gäste der Familie Höppler und haben auch unsere betriebliche Weihnachtsfeiern und Geburtstage bei bestem Essen und Service genießen dürfen.Was wir außer der hochklassigen Küche und der Weinkarte sehr schätzen, ist der familiäre Umgang und das gemütliche Ambiente. Die Speisekarte wird in regelmäßigen Abständen neu kreiert, Kräuter werden aus dem eigenen Garten verwendet und die Buchungen verlaufen reibungslos.
The “Provencal” restaurant is our top recommendation! We have been there regularly for many years and have never been unsatisfied. The kitchen with its chef is great and offers a varied selection of different delicacies, depending on the season. And the service? Super-friendly, always oriented to the guest. We always feel very comfortable!
Great service, good food. The evening cannot be described differently. The food was all a pleasure at the table, good grounded cuisine with the particular extra of love, meat absolutely at the place, supplemented more than sufficient. We were all fed, and in the end we were satisfied with a great dessert.
