Auf Empfehlung von Einheimischen haben wir dieses kleine, typisch schweizerische Restaurant aufgesucht. Ein unscheinbares und kleines Lokal. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüsst. Ebenfalls auf Empfehlung haben wir das Cordonbleu mit Pommes bestellt. Vorweg gab es einen Salat mit hausgemachter Salatsauce.Das Cordonbleu und die Pommes waren sehr gut. Dazu serviert wurde verschiedenes Gemüse, jedes wurde mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Preis/Leistung stimmt voll und ganz. Wer es einfach, unkompliziert und lecker mag, sollte dort einfach mal vorbeischauen.
Venus sans réservation dans ce restaurant situé au centre de la très jolie bourgade de Brienz, nous avons été très bien reçus et en français svp. Cadre rustique mais élégant, typique de cet Oberland bernois. Mon émincé de eau à la zurichoise avec röstis était juste parfait et mon épouse s'est régalée avec les filets de féra provenant du lac tout proche. Service souriant et bons vins suisses à des prix raisonnables pour la région. Nous y retournerons.
we came here late after a whole day. we went to another 3 restaurants and said the kitchen was closed, but this restaurant greeted us and prepared us an amazing meal. the owners/kitchen/Obiter were amazing. they were interested in knowing. where we came from, what we did and saw. the conversation was very good, the atmosphere great and tasty. we are so grateful to them and we will come back here soon

eating, the atmosphere, the owner and the cook. everything amazing! very welcoming environment and very tasty eating. I ate my first night in interlaken, and I thought I was trying somewhere else in the next night, but I realized that I wanted the friendly environment and delicious food in lo stambecco. I tried another court, and it was as amazing as the first court. can not recommend enough.
all courses were excellent- caprese salat spaghetti bygole gnocchi with ragu. I can also recommend the house white and red wines that are delicious and very cheap. it is a small restaurant so that a reservation is important. the prices correspond...other restaurants in interlaken. this restaurant was opened in the januar this year and it should be a winner
Walking across a quaint covered bridge from parking the car it was like walking to an evening of charm. We also went up the church steps for a quick view as we were early. We had booked ,but it wasn't overly busy despite being exceptional in variety. pleasantness and really good looking food that tasted delicious, I had fish.
My wife and I enjoyed our meals here. We had the today's special. Pork with gravy from the juice with noodles. Very good. My wife had the Raclette with potatoes it too was very good

Wie immer sehr gut gegessen. Das kleine typisch schweizerische Restaurant ist immer einen Besuch wert.
