A small incident happened that could have turned out much worse. A wooden divider was knocked over in the video terminal area, and a lady was accidentally hit in the back of her head. I didn't notice any staff rushing to check on her condition. That divider should definitely be securely fastened to the wall to prevent accidents—talk about potential liability! On a positive note, an enthusiastic young band provided some entertainment for the small crowd.
Tonight, I experienced outstanding service from Shaine, an exceptional bartender. I requested a mixed drink, and he crafted one beautifully, even with limited ingredients. Thank you for your excellent service!
