For my entree, I chose the short ribs. Whenever short ribs are on a menu, I find it hard to focus on anything else. Although I can't double-check the sides since they’re not listed online, I can assure you they were incredibly tasty. My dining companion had the roasted Brussels sprout salad and described it as heavenly. For dessert, we opted for the olive oil cake (also not on the online menu), which was topped with chantilly cream (the server explained, that's just a fancy term for vanilla whipped cream) and sorbet. The chef had an impressive twist on classic dishes, and the presentation was wonderful. The Icelandic Cod was absolutely fantastic! I'm grateful that our server, Kayla, recommended it; I would never have tried it otherwise. Kayla offered exceptional service, bringing a lively and refreshing energy that truly enhanced our evening. The decor is striking, and the restaurant's layout is well thought out. The cocktails were creative and delicious—I can definitely see this place being perfect for drinks after a long day at work.

Following that, we indulged in a variety of high-quality beers and outstanding share plates, and each bite was a delight. It’s worth noting that everything on the menu is perfect for sharing, with the braised beef standing out as a prime example. To top it all off, we received a surprisingly reasonable bill. Overall, I highly recommend Revel to anyone looking for a stylish and sophisticated place to enjoy with friends or family.

The staff , servers and management were all on hand to ensure our dinner was nothing short of fantastic! Every taste a delight from appies to dessert ...was all phenomenal! Heading over to the lounge for an aperitif the waitress was so so engaging and so perfect! Wish all waiters could be her�

Simply brilliant. Its easily apparent the passion, creativity, and enjoyment everyone from the chefs, servers, and staff have for delicious food. My only problem is coming up with numerable excuses to eat there again and again.

A great experience from start to finish. Food is divine. Service is amazing. Ambiance is great. To top it all the pricing is very reasonable. We will be regulars at this gem of a restaurant.

Wow! The room is beautiful, the service is top notch (Thank You Steffanie! and the food is fantastic! Try the Charred Lamb Belly, you will not be disappointed!
