Rice Healthy Japanese Dining

I was very excited to check this place out, I love sushi. The atmosphere was lovely, near the beach and nicely decorated with low light. The service was friendly. The prices for the veggie sushi were very high, in particular relative to the much smaller than typical rolls. They use a lot of healthy and unusual ingredients, like making rolls from brown rice. What I had was reasonably tasty, but mushy and relatively basic. For the price and expectations I don't think it quite lived up to it, but the meal was still enjoyable. If I could give this place 15 stars, I absolutely would! Everything about it is amazing. The food is exceptionally delicious, fresh, and there are plenty of vegan options too. Our server, Taya, was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. The restaurant is very clean, and we brought our sons and teenage grandchildren along, all of whom enjoyed their time and loved the food. This has become our favorite dining spot; it’s small with a lovely atmosphere and truly great food. You won't be disappointed here. Bon appétit!

Delicious vegetarian/vegan options. Came for lunch with a friend and we were both delighted with our food. Had mushroom ramen, Garden roll and the spicy cauliflower roll. Every one was delicious and had so many different flavors. The portions were generous, lots of mushrooms in the ramen. The space is small, simple and clean. I highly recommend RICE! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan choices clearly marked with a V so easy to find and order.

This charming Japanese restaurant is located just off the main road in Manhattan Beach. Great service and atmosphere. The spicy tuna crispy rice was very good. The miso was bland. The lobster ramen had a lot of fat and was greasy. The people were great and it was quiet and clean! Parking: Hard to find parking. Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30

Ramen was perfectly average. Maybe healthy californian food but no point. Restaurant is under staffed in the room and the wait is outrageously long. The staff has no idea what timeframe means. Réservez une table maintenant

Phenomenal. The menu is extensive with incredible offerings, and I love that they have some vegan options mixed in for a variety of diners. Outstanding service in a very cozy atmosphere. 10/10
