I’ve hesitated to write a review for personal reasons, but the situation has become quite absurd. First of all, on certain days, there should be two staff members at the front: one at the cash register to take walk-in orders and the other gathering food to distribute to customers while checking on delivery orders. A single person can only work so fast, and this is where the disconnect between customers and staff occurs, leading to frustration. No one should have to wait 50 minutes for just six pieces of chicken. Also, please stop serving food that you wouldn’t eat yourself. The fries are consistently poor and old!
I visited this place a few months back because the food is generally good. However, the service is what ultimately made me stop going. The older lady at the front always has a bad attitude, and I really don’t need that negativity when I’m spending my money. I get that everyone has tough days, but it feels like every day is a bad day for her. So, no thanks. I’ll be getting my wings somewhere else where the staff is friendlier.
The big fat nasty looking lady cashier has a very nasty attitude. If you’re going to have someone working in your establishment, they should be more professionally dressed, not looking like they just rolled out of the bed. I am a Uber eats driver and I went there three days in a row and she had all the same clothes. Just disgusting. I bet you the food taste like how she looks.
I really missed Ms Bolden. Glade to see her back. This woman works hard. I couldn't do it. By Ricketts being in the map people comes in all day with doordash, Uber eats etc. the Chicken and Fish ? some of the hottest order. I'll seen the line out the door. Hat off to the cook also. They're hard worker there. Out door order and indoor order. I take my hate off to them.

I really like the atmosphere with the early crew that you have today. My food was beautiful. The cashier Wilenda and the cook Antwon was very pleasant. Every time I visit, I always order their chicken because it’s simply the best, especially paired with their mild sauce. It's always fresh, and I could eat there every day if I had the chance. The staff is incredibly friendly too. As for parking, their spacious lot ensures that you'll always find a place to park.
Amazing. This chicken was so good. Husband and I got 2 6 wings, mild sauce, salt, and pepper. Food was still hot when he brought it home. Nice sized wings, crispy. Great amount of fries and sauce. Would highly recommend. Also great customer service. Very polite.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The bald head heavy set lady had and always has had an attitude!!! VERY RUDE!!! VERY SLOW!!! JUST GHETTO!!! DON’T GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR MONEY!!! I DON’T HATE PEOPLE BUT I HATE HER SO MUCH!!!

I ordered 3 wings and an Arizona and it took 35 minutes to get my simple order, but when I took a bite into the wings I thought they were mediocre at best and weren’t actually wings just fried chicken.
