Horrible customer service!! Went there 2 days in a row (work lunch outing) and they got the order incorrect both times. Called and spoke to someone about the order being incorrect under and she was not professional! She stated she would have the owner contact me. The owner reached out to me after I called back to see why I didn't get a callback from the owner. The principal of the whole matter is that you spend your money and you get the quality and what you ordered in return. After going back and forth and her calling me 3 different times she then wanted to honor of remaking the mistake of everything right. It should not have taken 3 calls to honor what was right. One of my favorite restaurants to get lunch from in Cleveland! The food is so good, the staff is kind, and you get a great deal on the quantity of food for the prices. I recommend the jibarito, but you really can’t go wrong here.

Great authentic Puerto Rican food at a reasonable price. No complaints, i just don't give 5stars unless it knocks my socks off.
