I visited Rinconcito Ecuatoriano to give their menu a try, but unfortunately, I found some of the dishes to be quite bland and lacking in flavor. The bolón, in particular, didn’t have the distinct plantain taste I expected. I ordered the seco de chivo, but it was mostly bones with very little meat. The only items I genuinely enjoyed were the rice and the sauce, which were quite tasty. Overall, I would say it’s an average restaurant, and I was disappointed during my visit with my daughter as we hoped to experience authentic Ecuadorian cuisine. I’ll likely choose a different place next time, but everyone has different tastes, so I recommend trying Rinconcito Ecuatoriano’s menu yourself to form...
The service at this restaurant was outstanding, with a friendly and attentive server. Finding an Ecuadorian restaurant can be a challenge, so I was delighted to discover this hidden gem. The Rinconcito Sampler makes for an excellent starter, particularly if you're a fan of plantains. The portions are generous and very satisfying. I decided to try the guatita, which was tender, hearty, and quickly became one of my favorites. Regardless of which dish you choose, you're sure to leave feeling happy and satisfied.

They only accepted cash, the food was greasy and poorly cooked, there was just one broken high chair available, and they refused to accept coupons. Additionally, the staff seemed either uninformed or untruthful. I could go on with more issues, but I think you get the picture.
I traveled to LA from Washington and discovered this wonderful spot. The food was excellent—fresh, authentic, and bursting with flavor. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all of which exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return and recommend it to others.
