Rise Pies - Réserver une table

We went last year and really enjoyed the experience. Crust was great, so many great veggies, definitely used the unlimited toppings option. However, we went back recently and were very, very disappointed. Although a certain cross-contamination is to be expected in places that serve meat, I do not expect it to happen. Staff would put their hands in the containers that contain meat products to put salads and pizzas, then put them in the vegetables. They wore the gloves, of course, but the fact that these gloves went into the meat cans before they touched everything else was extreme from cleaning. That wasn't the case when we left months ago. The employees were more cautious and used the blades and at least it seemed like there was an effort not to mix things. For a restaurant that goes to offer vegan cheese, it sends vegan customers with staff carelessness with cross-contamination in this degree. Just be warned, all the total vegans who would make such a thing. Otherwise we were big fans. We're not going back.

I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza in Rise Pies! We have the Rise Pie with vegan cheese, and I couldn't believe how well the cheese melted. It was so good and stretchy. They even have veganized their bread sticks for us, adding vegan cheese instead of the usual milk they use. Really, our only complaint was the size: I wish there were bigger pizza options! And an option for vegan pepperoni or sausage would also be nice. Updated by previous rating on 2022-06-05

You can tell them you have a milk allergy or are vegan and they will put on new gloves and clean their knives. the wheat crust has honey in it, but the other crusts are vegan. they are very helpful and know the answers to all your vegan questions
