We were there for lunch today. If everyone had ordered menus, the lady asks one after the other for soup or salad? Two people like to say salad and the others like soup. At the end the bill came and the gentleman from the service asked who had the two salads, which were not part of the menu and had to be paid for separately? We explained the situation but there was no trace of understanding, not even from the order lady, who instead vigorously denied the misleading ordering question disappointing from a human point of view, apparently there is no need to keep customers here in the long term.
