Great ambience with excellent cuisine and top service, definitely a star candidate soon. And the wine prices are surprisingly low with a constant (small) markup; finally a couple of innkeepers who understood not to subsidize the food with wine.

Fantastic! Spoiler alert! Had the surprise menu. My attached picture speaks volumes. Almost nothing left of the fine food. Every visit to the Taggenberg is a festival. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The evening was really, really nice. Everyone thought the personalized menu cards were a great idea and the service was just great. Thank you for making our Christmas a very nice event.
