made here this afternoon. waiting for eating has actually taken 50 minutes. actually, the break around when the food was there for the colleagues, mine was missing. I've been forgotten to make mine. can happen, however then not to inform the customers, clearly to say sorry was forgotten but only to say lapidar that is coming to eat is simply not right. the view of the steps we had and the discussion with the kitchen from there clearly showed that it was forgotten. It is also bad that after 10 minutes the forgotten food has been prepared, however, for the others on the table needs 50 minutes. the service is sometimes reworked.
