I am only giving this place one star not because of the frozen custard I give that 5 stars. I went to Rita's for the craving I am pregnant. And I crave me some Rita's! Mind you I have been living here for the past 6 years!! I order my usual. Vanilla chocolate ice cream custard in a gelato cup. With chocolate sprinkles on top. Then I order my usual gelato watermelon with vanilla custard and chocolate chips on the top and bottom. For the first order, I was refused a gelato cup and told that they don't put vanilla custard with chocolate custard in the large gelato cup. And I was also told they don't put the chocolate chips on top of the gelato that I had ordered for the watermelon vanilla custa...

I truly had an amazing experience at this Rita's! The kind staff member not only generously sprinkled a lot of unicorn glitter on my daughter's cotton candy Italian ice, but she also gave us some extra in a cup. Thank you so much for your kindness, wherever you are. You truly are a blessing! <3
I ordered four large frozen custards but received four cups that were only half full. All the photos show the cups filled to the brim, while ours were far from that. When I mentioned this to the employee, they insisted that this is what a large looks like. I feel like I was ripped off.

I completely adore the mango misto; it's amazing! Shreya was extremely kind and patient while assisting me in selecting this flavor.
I had an amazing time at Rita's! There are plenty of delicious flavors to pick from, and the customer service was outstanding.
Rita's Italian Ice has friendly staff and delicious ice cream. I visit at least once a week to explore their menu!
I always love going to this Rita's, especially when the weather warms up!
