The younger staff are always friendly and enjoyable to talk to, but the lady manager or owner has a negative attitude and delivers poor service. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve been a loyal customer at Rita’s Italian Ice for years because it’s close to my home. Sadly, after today’s visit, I won’t be coming back. The manager has always been unfriendly, but today was the last straw. A simple smile and a friendly greeting don’t take much effort. If you’re that unhappy, maybe customer service isn’t the right role for you. Or perhaps it’s time to think about retirement!
Rita’s Italian Ice is fantastic! I absolutely love their Italian ice and ice cream—especially the ice cream! The lines are quick, and the staff is always friendly. There’s always room for more Rita’s!

The machine broke down during my visit, but the staff managed it expertly and had it fixed in just 10 minutes. The custard was absolutely delicious!
Friendly staff. Location is always clean and well maintained. Usually have an excellent variety of flavors available. Ample parking.
