I 've had multiple dinners here and so the food has always been good. Their seafood is fresh and prepared very well. Highlights from dinner: winter melon soup (must be ordered ahead of time), lobster cooked Hong Kong style, Chinese fried chicken, sweet and sour pork, and beef with mustard sauce (has always been tender and very flavourful). Oh yes, it was an unforgettable EPIC DIMSUM PARTY at Ritzy Palace in Markham! They offer the best dim sum deal around! If you place your order before 11:00 AM, you can enjoy all dim sum for just $4.50, regardless of size (small, medium, or large). We planned a relaxing family dinner, but instead everyone was upset. The menu says lobster 5 lbs, which means a five pound lobster in each respectable restaurant. Instead, we have two small ones that do not add to 3 pounds. The answer of the waitress was that they only serve twin lobsters. Press the problem further with the manager, he said that they do not serve big lobsters, although we see them clearly in the tank at the entrance. While he asked about the small size and the total weight, he continued. Fraud served with flippant posture. The last insult was when we tried to pay the bill with a credit card. The waiter said only cash, although this isn't written anywhere. Stay away.

Authentic Chinese dim sum with a bright and clean atmosphere. The customer service was excellent. I dined there with my family last Wednesday evening. The food was served quickly and warm. Prices were reasonable; however, we did notice that some dishes appeared to be pre-cooked. We brought up our concerns directly at the restaurant, and the manager addressed the issue by offering a 10% discount and a complimentary dessert of steamed buns. The first time I visited, I ordered the pork sausage, but the portions were disappointingly small (as shown in the picture). I would recommend going for the braised sausage instead. I spoke with the manager, who inquired about the shrimp sausage's quality, perhaps thinking I might want to try something different next time. However, since all the pork sausages seemed similar, I’m not inclined to take that risk again. As for the mangosteen beef, it lacked any real beef flavor.

Arrived at this restaurant on a Sunday morning around 11:15am. Didn?t have to wait for a seating due to my party being a party of 2. Was offered a patio table which was great as it was a calm Sunday morning. Ordered a number of classic dim sum dishes and enjoyed the food throughout. If you arrive and place your order prior to 11am they have a special dim sum early bird pricing of $4.50 each. Brilliant.

This place is fantastic, and the service is exceptional! I visited for dim sum and dinner, and the prices were very reasonable. I loved that the tea stays warm thanks to the candle underneath. The laundry area could use some heating, though. Plus, they offer free dessert! I highly recommend it!

Came here for Dim Sum before 11am as there is a $4.50 special for any size dish as long as you place your order before 11am. Tea was nice as it had a small tea light candle under it to keep it warm. Food was tasty and service was pretty quick. Will go back again when in the area. Réservez une table maintenant

Tasty food, quick service, came here around noon on Sunday. Pricier than I thought but it's good. Most likely because of weekend pricing I think. Still good to try to out if you're within the area.
