My wife had a birthday and I wanted to surprise her, thanks to the municipality for the numerous tips and recommendations, but in the end I had to pay tribute to accessibility/access and look for about half an hour drive and stayed with the Kaisergarten with the integrated ambitious restaurant Riva. I had booked an agreement on my own homepage, one night incl. 4 gear gourmet menu in the Riva, standard room with long sleep champagne breakfast for 138 euros per person, exclusive applications and drinks at dinner. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist edel. Obwohl der Raum groß ist, wirkt er durch Raumteiler nicht so, und es ist auch relativ ruhig. Die Bedienung war eigentlich kompetent, aber wir mussten relativ lange warten, bis wir bestellen konnten. Nach der Vorspeise fragte ein Kellner, ob er noch einmal Brot bringen solle, als er später die Hauptspeise an den Tisch brachte, entschuldigte er sich, dass er das Brot vergessen hatte brachte es aber auch dann nicht. Unsere Hauptspeise war gut zubereitet und präsentiert. Allerdings war die Vorspeise misslungen: Das Kalbsbries war zäh.
Been here to have a few wines, a pizza and some chill out time. Waited 15 minutes before I got a menu. Took another 10 mins to have someone take my order.Drinks were here fast, but no one bothered about refills etc. I asked for the menu and 10 mins later I walked inside the restaurant to get the menu myself. Another 10 mins later I walked back inside to place my order even though servants have seen me get the menu earlier. Pizza took forever as they claimed the first batch has burned. Need I say more?
Super Service! Immer zur Stelle, wenn etwas gebraucht wurde. Unaufdringlich aber sehr aufmerksam. Beim Langschläferfrühstück gab es alles was das Herz Begehrt. Die Weisswürste und das Lamm waren hervorragend. Die frischen Waffeln und die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen waren sehr lecker. Sekt, Säfte und Heißgetränke so viel gewünscht wird inklusive. Da passt Preis-Leistung sehr gut!

Schönes Restaurant mit angenehmen, überdachtem Aussenbereich. Tolle Weinkarte und gemütliche Atmosphäre laden zum teuren 4€ Espresso oder 6€ Milchkaffee ein. Kuchen gab es keinen, auf leckeres Sorbet konnten wir ausweichen. Leider waren vor uns schmutzige Ferkel als Menschen getarnt, auf der Männertoilette und haben zwei von drei Toiletten ekelhaft
Service Personal größtenteils kompetent, auf das Essen mussten wir recht lange warten und diejenigen, die Steak bestellt haben, waren nicht wirklich zufrieden. Die Pizza Pasta war gut. Preis Leistung nur leider nicht ganz gerechtfertigt auch wenn das Ambiente schön anzusehen ist.
very beautiful ambiente. it is our second time and we can highly recommend the sauvignon blanc. the service is super, especially christian sültmann.
Had dinner here. Wonderful steak. Good service. Very good seating. Nice terrace with fountain. Very good interior design. Nice bar.
