I’ve been reading a lot of these negative review, and they are disheartening. We started going to Riverside 3 days after they opened. It was jammed, and the food and service was great! We became regulars, until the pandemic hit, and I don’t think any restaurant has really returned unscathed, some closed. No income, no help, no customers! Even after businesses reopened, nothing has really been the same. Today, it’s seems to be the culture of restaurants now, condensed menu selections, price increases due to the economic slowdown, and things change! We need to lower our expectations. Unfortunately, the negative reviews about this restaurant are accurate. The food is good, but the service is terrible. We arrived at 3pm and it wasn't busy. A teenager ignored us as she took a to-go order over the phone. Another teenager finally seated us without a greeting. The staff seemed unhappy to be there. Our waitress seemed sick or upset and was unfriendly. It took 12 minutes to get our drinks and she was visibly upset the whole time. The boy who brought our food was rude and reached over us to place plates on the table. The waitress only came back after we finished eating to ask if we wanted more drinks. We used to frequent Riverside ever since it opened, but recently there has been a change in management or staff, resulting in a decline in the quality of their food. In our last few delivery or takeout orders, there were mistakes with the order and the overall quality of the food was subpar. I would not recommend ordering the kids mac and cheese as it was topped with nacho cheese sauce on plain pasta, which our son refused to eat. On a positive note, the bar offers great drinks and we really enjoy Kaitlyn's service.

Good but I can say not the best Riverside in the area. I enjoy pizza for the sauce and crust. It seems this particular Riverside concentrates on the cheese. Which of course I love cheese just like the next. However it's piled on pretty high (too high). That being said I'm sure you can ask for light cheese, but I'm judging based on a normal pie. Just wasn't there for me, however I would go back because it's far from the worst in the area. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was lively. However, I was disappointingly ignored at the pick-up counter. A simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. The wings were delicious, although I wasn't expecting them to be so covered in sauce. The blue cheese was top-notch. Despite the small hiccup, I can't wait to return!

This is our favorite spot to eat. We love the weekly specials! The service is excellent. We usually go for lunch and the price per person is between $10-20. The food is amazing, we give it a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is nice, we rate it a 4 out of 5. We highly recommend trying the sandwich and pizza.

The restaurant has a huge pretzel, delicious smoky barbecue wings (perfect size too), and a relaxed atmosphere that is reminiscent of a mix between Buffalo Wild Wings and Dave and Busters (just with fewer games). Highly recommended. Service: dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Great place, great pizza, service usually good, table ready quicker than quoted. My only complaint is they keep the wine stored by the ovens. Red wine is always warm. Last time server put in a chilled glass, kind of helped.

The wings are amazing! The service is a bit slow, but it's understandable because on Thursdays the wings are only 50 cents. The mixed drinks are delicious! Always a fantastic time at this restaurant.
