We have been ordering home delivery from here for years and have been very happy (apart from being charged extra to deliver to the next suburb). But something went terribly wrong last night. We were told our order would be delivered in 45mins. After 1...1/2 hours we rang up to be told he 's on his way, traffic is bad . We are in the next suburb with lots of backstreets to use instead of Parramatta rd! When the pizza arrived it was cold, 1 garlic bread was missing, and 1 of the pizzas was wrong! We There are too many choices in the inner west for pizza to have to put up with this! Sorry, Roberta 's you 've lost a customer!
I unfortunately had a nasty experience ordering from them tonight, they were quiet rude on the phone because I apparently wasn't available to receive my order, and going on about not having anyway to contact me. Kept hanging up on me everytime I called through about why I didn't receive my order. Definitely one place to avoid for future reference.
Delivered cold pizza. Lied about delivery time and hung up on me when I raised the issue on the phone. Really unprofessional. Do not recommend!!! Edited to note if the owner doesn 't like menulogs commision, he shouldn 't join menulog! We were unaware of any discount but were told You got a discount, what more do you want?
I was disappointed to receive a pizza that was cold as a stone when delivered. I had paid $27.00 for the pizza. After calling and addressing the issue, I was only offered a 20% discount on my next pizza. This was not the resolution I was hoping for and I find it to be unacceptably poor.

Pizza was cold despite fast delivery from UberEats driver, had about 3 tiny pepperonis on the entire thing, the crust was like cardboard, and to top it all off, when we called to complain the owner threatened to "come bash us "Definitely do NOT waste your money here!
The pizzas here are delicious. The best I've had in a long time. They raise the bar. Online order system doesn't work. But bypass this and don't miss out on yummilious.
