I never knew about this spot until a buddy of mine took me here. The service is top notch, all the waitresses here have been attentive and polite. I can't say one bad thing about the service. This place has great coffee too, something I was kind of surprised about. The food is also on that level. The first time I came here, I had the western omelette. It was enough for possibly two people. I had the turkey omelette the second time, a little pricey and very good but I prefer the former. I've only have come for breakfast, I'll have to make it out for lunch one day.
What can I say....this place was AMAZING. We sat at the bar and the waitresses are personable and funny! The food was so good and the prices were affordable which is rare theses days. I got an omelet, toast, and home fries. Hubby got corn beef hash (freshly made), home fries, and grits and toast all of this and our bill was $34 including our huge refillable cups of soda. While we were there lunch started coming out and it looked the part as well. I wish I could visit this place every single day
Long-standing Classic Diner is located in Industrial Park that you do not know that it is there unless you have worked in the area or someone had told you or you found it online. Friendly service by Veteran servers. Delicious French toast make with Challah-Brot and I guess the toast is dipped all the way through with batter. And Tater's dead! Will definitely return to try other fares. Thank you.
