Fantastic value carvery. Front of house greeted us very politely and was told unfortunately only turkey was available, which was okay as I hadn’t booked a table in advance. Service was swift and very friendly. Food was very nice and well prepared and served. Was offered a complimentary desert due to the lack of meat options. Will definitely come back if back in the area.

what a great sound this pub was! the renter is super friendly and has given us the feeling to be really welcome. Quirky-Layout inside (as several alcove,) but could not fail to eat. it was well presented and also tasted great. also for families with children there is a great playground outdoors.

I fought here for a meal last week, and I have to say it was one of the most tasty meals I had in the age. I ordered the vegetarian burger and it was cooked to perfection. excellent service and great price. will definitely return

Very quiet on the night we visited but beautiful simple food, fresh and tasty for a very good price. Bar staff very welcoming and chef was a top bloke came out and said hello. Thanks
