Being going to Rock Bottom for years, as well as bring visiting family from out of town there for wings. Pretty decent restaurant, until tonight ordered 2 lbs of wings for pickup. Over $35 dollars. Called from home, to find out they charge $3.00 on take out orders. Not posted on their website menu. Will never go back again. A little much, considering their wings are overpriced at 16.00 per lb.
I'm sure people have said it before, but the wings are to die for. They used to be good 5 years ago, and they haven't changed since. Staff is cool as hell, tons of room to sit, AND it's one of those places that has peanuts on the table and you can throw the shells on the ground. I mean... Right?! Anyway, call me if you're going.
Staff used vulgar profanity to refer to our staff of first responders at a private work party (literally printed on our receipts see attached photo). The manager contacted us to assure us that it was a ‘joke’ to get a rise out of the kitchen. Joke or not this behaviour is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The service was very attentive and the drinks were delicious. I would recommend it for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. For vegetarians, they offered a variety of options including fruit with whipped cream and steamed potatoes. Réservez une table maintenant
We LOVED coming to rock bottom! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great and the drinks were good too. We went back again for takeout a few days later. I highly recommend the Cajun chicken bites!
