The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t look us in the eye and talked rudely, part of which felt like it was due to our colour. We were a party of 4 and only one of us was hungry and ordered food, but 2 of our friends wanted to use the restroom and they straight up said that if one person orders, then only 1 person can use the washroom. There was no tables available, so we ordered take out. When 2 of us came outside and the other 2 were waiting in, one of my friend heard the waiter say “keep an eye on them” when they were waiting. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.
Best poutine I’ve ever had.Service was perfect.Food was amazing. We had the honey garlic chicken wrap, the chicken Cesar wrap, poutine and apple crumble. All 10/10. The poutine changed my life. It was too perfect the gravy, the fries, the proportions of everything. I love the cook who made it. This is also the first restaurant I’ve seen who put the croutons in my chicken Cesar wrap without me asking. In my opinion that is the only correct way to have a chicken Cesar wrap so I love them even more. All around amazing
This is truly the best value and food in the area. During my work in Owen Sound, I visited this restaurant every day for lunch and dinner for a week. I absolutely love it here! I would even be willing to drive from Toronto just to enjoy a meal and see the fantastic staff.
